As a biological concept, an adult animal or human is one that has completely matured. The term adult is applied to human beings in order to define the legal and social aspects. Legal adults are those who is at the point of maturity and can be defined as autonomous, self-sufficient, and responsible. Also, they can be described as"major" or "major". The point at which a person can legally become an adult is 18, however, the definition of maturity may differ based on the country or legal system in place, and also their psychological state.

Adulthood refers to the period in the human lifespan when the person is at maturity both in mental and physical development. When we reach the early stage of adulthood (between 20-40) the bodies of our children have reached full maturation, even though the weight and height of our bodies may rise slightly. When we are young the physical capabilities of our bodies are at their best, including muscle strength, reaction time as well as sensory capabilities, cardiac functioning.
